
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) records 11 large-scale asset companies in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline in the Indonesian capital market. In addition, there are four medium-scale asset companies in the IPO queue as of April 30, 2026.
"So far, there are 15 companies in the IDX share listing pipeline," said IDX Director of Company Assessment, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday, May 4, 2026, as quoted by Antara.
The criteria for large-scale asset companies are those with assets above Rp250 billion, while medium-scale asset companies have assets ranging from Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion.
The classification of these company assets refers to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 53/POJK.04/2017.
Nyoman explained that there are a total of 15 companies in the queue, comprising three companies in the healthcare sector, three companies in the primary consumer goods sector, and three companies in the non-primary consumer goods sector.
Additionally, there are two companies in the infrastructure sector and two in the technology sector. Furthermore, one company each in the energy sector and financial sector.
As of April 30, 2026, one company has conducted an IPO in the Indonesian capital market, raising funds amounting to Rp 302.4 billion.
The total number of companies listed in the Indonesian capital market is 957 as of April 30, 2026, with a target of 50 companies conducting IPOs throughout 2026.
Meanwhile, in the issuance of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), IDX recorded 54 issuances from 35 EBUS issuers with funds raised amounting to Rp58.90 trillion as of April 30, 2026.
Up to that period, Nyoman revealed that there are 47 issuances from 33 EBUS issuers in the queue to issue EBUS. As for the rights issue, three companies have conducted rights issues totaling Rp3.75 trillion until April 30, 2026.
In the queue, there is one company that will conduct a rights issue in the property sector.
