TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - 88rising's idol group, NO NA, consisting of Indonesian personnel Baila Fauri, Christy Gardena, Shazfa Adesya, and Esther Geraldine, successfully rocked the stage of the Head In The Clouds (HITC) 2025 international music festival in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Performing for around 24 minutes, they performed three mainstay singles, "superstitious", "...falling in love", and "shoot", as well as two new songs that have not been officially released, in front of thousands of live audiences and live broadcast viewers on the 88rising YouTube channel.
Esther and friends had time to perform after R&B musician KARRI came off the stage.
NO NA's tropical-themed performance with green costumes began with the song "Superstitious" and was interspersed with an introduction session for the group members who were enthusiastic when they expressed their gratitude to 88rising and their fans in Indonesia.
They displayed solid vocals, slick choreography, and incredible stage energy, making their debut performance feel professional, like an idol group with mature stage experience.
The performance ended with an expression of gratitude to the HITC team, family, and fans, leaving a deep impression and marking a successful first step for NO NA in the international music scene.
Head In The Clouds Music and Arts Festival made its debut in 2018 as the first Asian-centric music festival in the United States.
In 2021, Head In The Clouds was scheduled to be held in Jakarta, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The festival was then able to be held in Jakarta in December 2022.
