Furious US Open fans have made their feelings known on Aryna Sabalenka after she told a cameraman to 'f*** off' following her defeat on Saturday evening.
The former world No. 1 came up short in the women's singles final at Flushing Meadows, falling to a 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 defeat to rival Elena Rybakina.
The Belarusian star was seen lashing out and smashing her racket after Rybakina secured her victory, before later taking her frustrations out on a cameraman.
As broadcast cameras turned to her, Sabalenka rolled her eyes and threw her arms out before telling the camera operator to 'f*** off'.
The incident swiftly went viral on social media as fans lamented the behavior from the former US Open champion.
Taking to X, one fan wrote: 'No one handles a loss worse than Sabalenka. Made herself a spectacle AGAIN today by smashing a racket, yelling at a cameramen, and barely clapping for Rybakina. So ridiculous'.

Similarly, another wrote: 'I’m sorry, I recognize her greatness and her achievements, but Sabalenka is my least favorite athlete on the planet right now.
'Horrible attitude, zero sportsmanship, never credits her opponents after a loss. Great player, bad person.'
Meanwhile, another user on X added: 'What an absolute disgrace Aryna Sabalenka is. Biggest sore loser in tennis. No grace, decorum or respect for her opponent or the fans watching.
'Who does she actually think she is? You lost fair and square. You lost because you aren’t good enough. Stop being a petulant little brat'.
Another simply wrote: 'Always classless and pathetic'.
Speaking after the defeat - which put an abrupt ends to her dreams of securing a three-peat of the US Open title - Sabalenka said: 'I'm obviously not really happy with the level I played today, but she served incredible.
'It's really tough to control your emotions when you lose in the final of the Grand Slam and when you were trying to go for three-peat.
'So I just wanted to let it go, because if I would hold it inside, right now or here or there on the court, I wouldn't be able to say a word or I would just go not really nice over there.'

Meanwhile, after the trophy presentation, fans rushed to social media to point out a glaring mistake from US Open organizers.
Following the conclusion of the final, the women's singles trophy was carried out onto the court atop an illuminated presentation stand.
On the stand was the name of luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co., the official trophy maker for the tournament.
However, viewers at home quickly clocked a mortifying defect: the second 'F' and the 'N' in 'TIFFANY & CO.' were written incorrectly.
The glaring oversight did not go unnoticed on social media, with fans taking to X to poke fun at the Grand Slam tournament and the world-famous jeweler.
