Lane Kiffin's daughter hits back after Ole Miss fans hang vile sexual banner about her ahead of her dad's return with LSU

Ahead of Saturday's highly anticipated LSU-Ole Miss football game in Oxford, Mississippi, the daughter of Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin is pleading with Rebels fans to stop hanging sexually inappropriate banners aimed at mocking her and her family.

Landry Kiffin, 21, still attends Ole Miss after her father's notorious $90 million defection to LSU last November. And although she has been dating LSU linebacker Whit Weeks since last year, banners linking her sexually with a former Rebels player have allegedly surfaced in and around the Oxford campus.

'I normally don't respond to any hateful posts around game days, but this one actually hurts,' Landry, who has her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, said on TikTok. 'I'm still a student at Ole Miss. I've loved my time here, and I love Ole Miss, so that's what kind of makes this all even more upsetting.

'I opened my phone this morning to pictures of banners on houses around Oxford posted on different accounts, saying really inappropriate things about me and with somebody that I genuinely have never met in my life, which makes it even more frustrating to say the least,' she continued.

'I think that turning a girl into the punchline of a sexual joke because you're upset at somebody she's related to should not be okay. I understand emotions are high this week and people are upset, but I'm my own person.

'I will just never understand how someone can feel good about themselves putting such vulgar things about a girl on a giant banner hanging from their house. I feel like that's really mind blowing to me. I just hope people realize that there's like an actual person behind the jokes that they make, but I don't know.'

The Daily Mail has sought comment from Ole Miss spokespeople, as well as the former Rebels player being linked with Landry.

Obviously, tensions are high in Oxford, where the elder Kiffin has been persona non grata since taking the LSU job as the Rebels were preparing for their first college football playoff berth in school history last November.

Enhanced security measures are expected for Saturday's game, while Kiffin has admitted he is expecting 'hatred' from Ole Miss supporters.

'I guess there are real safety issues and stuff... but I have a plan for that,' the Tigers coach said. 'I told the players today: 'You don't have anything to worry about as far as attention on you all week. There's just going to be so much attention, hatred - everything - on me'.'

But for Weeks, Kiffin is more than a head coach - the LSU linebacker is dating Landry.

On Tuesday, Weeks was asked if he had given much thought to the reception Kiffin will be given when he steps off the LSU bus.

'I haven't really thought about that,' Weeks said with a smile. 'But, I mean, I know he's going to get it. I know they don't like him up there. But he's prepared for that. I mean, it is what it is. He's done it before in his career. I know he's more prepared than anybody.'

Back in 2021, Kiffin was given a brutal welcome back to Tennessee, with fans throwing objects on to the field - including a golf ball and a mustard bottle.

More than 64,000 fans are expected to cram into Vaught-Hemingway Stadium for this weekend's showdown between two of college football's biggest programs.

On Tuesday, Ole Miss athletic director Keith Carter hinted that even President Donald Trump could be among the crowd.

Trump has attended numerous big sporting events while in office, including last year's College Football Playoff National Championship game.

And Carter admitted that he has heard speculation from 'Ole Miss folks that are close to the president' that Trump could attend.

While the school is not planning for a visit from Trump, Carter insisted they are braced 'for anything' in case they receive word that he wants to be there.
