Several deputy ministers were also seen arriving at the Palace. Among them were Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Ribka Haluk; Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Stella Christie; Deputy Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo Priyono; Deputy Minister of Manpower Afriansyah Noor; and Deputy Minister of Public Works Diana Kusumastuti.

Furthermore, Special Advisor to the President for Security and Public Order as well as Police Reform Ahmad Dofiri and Special Advisor to the President for Communications Hasan Nasbi were also present.

Hasan Nasbi mentioned that today's plenary meeting would start at 3:00 PM local time. "It is possible that the President will provide directives to accelerate development programs and the President's flagship programs," Hasan stated at the Presidential Palace complex in Jakarta on Monday.

He also asked the media to wait for the detailed discussions during the meeting.

"I think everything will be discussed comprehensively and directives will be given by the President. However, we'll see the details during the plenary meeting because surely I don't understand the details," Hasan said.

President Prabowo last held a Plenary Cabinet Meeting on Friday, March 13, 2026. The large meeting was attended by all members of the Red and White Cabinet, including ministers, deputy ministers, agency heads, and the President's special advisors.

During the meeting, Prabowo expressed his desire to approach the potential crisis resulting from a war between the US and Iran with frugality. He cited other countries that have implemented salary cuts for officials as a way to be frugal.

He mentioned that Pakistan has been frugal in considering the Middle East crisis to be on par with the COVID-19 pandemic.

"They even reduced the salaries for cabinet members, for members of the parliament, and all these salary savings were collected to help the most vulnerable groups," said Prabowo during the cabinet meeting at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Friday, March 13, 2026.

Furthermore, in that agenda, Prabowo revealed that he regularly receives intelligence reports on observers who are not supportive of his government. Prabowo claimed that these critics are funded by groups opposed to the authorities. "If in the past I was outside the government, now I am the president. So every day I receive intelligence reports," he said.
