TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Citilink will move its operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1B for domestic flights and Terminal 2F for international flights, effective March 15. The airline’s Acting President Director Jaka Ari Triyoga said the relocation is aimed at improving passenger comfort ahead of the peak travel season for Eid al-Fitr 2025.
"This move will not affect Citilink’s flight schedules," Jaka said in an official statement on Friday, March 7.
Passengers are advised to arrive early and check their departure terminal and flight details in advance. Updated information is available on Citilink’s official social media channels, through its Contact Center at 0804-1-080808, or via the Linka virtual assistant on WhatsApp at 0811-1011-0808.
As part of the transition, Citilink has adjusted its Passenger Service Charge (PJP2U) to reflect the new terminal rates. The revised charges apply to tickets purchased on or after February 26 for flights departing March 15 and beyond.
Passengers who bought tickets before February 26 for travel on or after March 15 can request a refund for the fare difference through their original ticketing channels. Refund requests must be completed within 30 days after submitting the necessary documents, with processing available starting March 15.
InJourney Airports President Director Faik Fahmi said the terminal shift is part of a broader traffic management effort to maximize Soekarno-Hatta’s capacity. “This will allow each terminal to provide the best possible service for passengers,” he said.
