The pair revealed they were expecting their third child back in December, after the 31-year-old key forward, who was delisted by St Kilda at the end of last season, announced he would be signing for Collingwood.
Membrey has enjoyed a fast start with the Magpies, having returned 24 goals across 16 matches.
The 31-year-old had turned out for Collingwood in their three-point defeat by Gold Coast on Friday night, booting a brace of goals during the match.
It continued his hot vein of scoring, with the former St Kilda star having scored two goals in each of his last four matches for the Magpies.
After signing for Collingwood Membrey was hilariously tormented by a magpie as he stepped out to work on his fitness in pre-season.

The footy star published a video of himself being attacked by the brazen bird as he attempted to run around a footy pitch.
After being clipped on the ear by the bird, Membrey quipped: 'I'm not a Saint anymore, I'm on your team now!'
Membrey has certainly been one of the best signings of the season, with the former Saints star, who began his footy career with Sydney back in 2013, helping to lift the Pies to the top of the ladder.
Collingwood currently sit six points clear of Brisbane in second place.
Membrey's side square off against Fremantle next on Sunday afternoon at the MCG.
