Shedeur Sanders has delivered a brash opinion of his fellow quarterbacks as he waits to make his regular season debut for the Browns.
Sanders, who surprisingly fell to the fifth round of this year's NFL Draft, quieted his critics in his preseason debut as he tossed two touchdowns and completed 14 of 23 passes against the Panthers.
He has since found himself buried on the Browns depth chart behind Joe Flacco and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel without a clear path to playing time.
Still, he remains confident in his own abilities amid the struggles of other quarterbacks around the NFL.
'I know if you see the quarterback play in the league right now, I know I'm capable of doing better than that,' he told ESPN Cleveland.
The first three weeks of the season have brought a significant amount of quarterback controversy, as Russell Wilson has already been replaced by Giants rookie Jaxson Dart.

Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix have also seen some sophomore season regression thus far, while Flacco has thrown four interceptions already - tied for second in the league.
The Bengals may also be without starter Joe Burrow for the entire season following a turf toe injury, and his backup Jake Browning leads the league with five interceptions.
Flacco, meanwhile, had a difficult outing against the Packers - as he threw for just 142 yards and an interception in a win - though Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski said afterwards that he was not considering a quarterback change.
Nonetheless, Sanders said that he was 'ready to play right now,' if called upon.
The former Colorado star - who was once viewed as a first-round pick and Day 1 starter - endured a shocking Draft Day slide as he fell to the 144th pick before Cleveland selected him.
And he endured further hardships with the Browns during training camp as the team at one point rostered five quarterbacks over the summer - before Tyler Huntley was cut and Kenny Pickett was traded to the Raiders.
He was ultimately unable to reproduce his preseason heroics over the following two weeks, as he missed his team's second preseason game with an oblique injury and took five sacks against the Rams.
Gabriel, meanwhile, finished the preseason with 272 passing yards, a 67.6 percent completion rate, one touchdown and one interception.
He will back up Flacco on Sunday as the Browns take on the Lions.
