TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) announced its executive leadership team. President Director of PT DSI, Luke Thomas Mahony, said that the company aims to oversee and facilitate the governance of strategic natural resource exports to prevent price manipulation practices such as under-invoicing and transfer pricing.
As quoted by Antara, Luke then introduced the board of commissioners and directors who will assist him in operating DSI.
President Commissioner: M Syaifurrahman Noer
M Syaifurrahman Noer served as a Production Development Engineer in Madrid, Spain. He then became Director of the IPTN CN-235 Program in Bandung. He subsequently held positions at IPTN North America (Seattle, USA), served as President Commissioner of PT Indonesian Defence Security and Technology, and was known as a Senior Aerospace and Defense Leader.
Commissioner: Mari Elka Pangestu
Mari Elka has a long track record in government and national economic development. She previously served as Managing Director of Development Policy and Partnerships at the World Bank from 2020 to 2023. Previously, she was also appointed Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy from 2011 to 2014 and Minister of Trade from 2004 to 2011.
Commissioner: Tony Wenas
Tony Wenas has served as President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia since December 2018 and has over 30 years of leadership experience across various sectors. He is considered to have a strong management background and is influential in the national mining ecosystem.
Commissioner: Harold Tjiptadjaja
Harold previously served as Senior Director of the Strategic Unit/Transaction & Strategy Support at Danantara Indonesia. Harold also held the positions of Managing Director of Investment Banking at Mandiri Sekuritas and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Managing Director at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF). He is known for having over 25 years of experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and corporate restructuring.
President Director: Luke Thomas Mahony
Luke Thomas is an Australian citizen who previously served as Director of PT Vale Indonesia.
Director of Finance and Treasury: Sinthya Roesly
Sinthya led the Indonesian Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF/PII) from 2009 to 2017 and served as Chairperson and CEO of Indonesia Eximbank (LPEI) from 2017 to 2019. She also served as Finance Director of PT PLN (Persero).
Director of Risk Management: Nur Hidayat Udin
Nur Hidayat has 28 years of experience at Bank Mandiri, most recently as Senior Vice President of Wholesale Risk. He was also Director of Risk Management and HSSE at MIND ID.
Director of Legal and Compliance: Ivan Ferdiansyah Baely
Ivan has over 20 years of experience in private practice, government (IBRA), and consulting. He is known as a Senior Corporate Lawyer and Managing Partner of IABF Law Firm. He is recognized as a top-tier legal expert in Indonesia.
