TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) owned by entrepreneur Hary Tanoesoedibjo recorded a net income of Rp1.76 trillion, a 24-percent increase throughout 2024. The main contribution to this income came from the hospitality segment, including MICE and F&B, which continue to show high demand in line with the increasing business and tourism activities.
In a written statement disclosed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, MNC Land's income was also driven by the company's office space rental business, including co-working space.
From an unaudited profitability standpoint, PT MNC Land Tbk booked a net profit of Rp613 billion. This amount increased by 78 percent annually compared to the same period the previous year. KPIG's Book Value per Share (BVPS) was recorded at Rp291 per share, while KPIG's stock price as of February 25, 2025, closed at Rp133 per share. "Making it an attractive investment opportunity compared to its intrinsic value," said MNC Land.
Meanwhile, in 2025, MNC Land is optimistic about accelerating its growth trend by expanding and diversifying its sources of income, not only from hospitality, MICE, F&B, and office space rental, but also from the sale of golf memberships and residences in the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone, which will begin to provide significant contributions.
"The company believes that strengthening strategies in the MICE and F&B sectors will be the main drivers of future business growth, in line with the increasing demand for high-quality services in these sectors," said MNC Land.
