TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - As many as 500 Honda PCX bikers had the opportunity to meet MotoGP racers Joan Mir and Luca Marini directly at the Astra Honda Motor Safety Riding and Training Center (AHM-SRTC) Deltamas, Saturday, February 1, 2025.
More than 25 Honda PCX associations from Jakarta and West Java attended the meet and greet event.
"With the spirit of One Heart, we want to provide positive energy for Honda bikers in achieving their dreams, as well as encouragement for Joan Mir and Luca Marini to speed up to face the 2025 racing season," said General Manager of Marketing Planning and Analysis AHM Andy Wijaya.
Before meeting their idol racers, the Honda PCX motorcycle community from various cities toured along the landmarks of the cities of Jakarta and Bandung. Starting from the Jakarta and Bandung areas, then they gathered at the Raja Mukti Cikarang Stadium until finishing at AHM-SRTC.
"It is a matter of pride for us, the Honda PCX community, who have been given the opportunity and valuable momentum to participate in a series of exciting events and have the opportunity to meet directly with the MotoGP racers and the Astra Honda Racing Team," said the representative of the PCX bikers community and the coordinator of the West Java Banten Honda PCX Club Indonesia region, Agus Firmansyah.
Not only seeing the high-tech production process, the MotoGP racers also interacted directly with around 700 Honda employees.
