TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The President Director of PT Pertamina, Simon Aloysius Mantiri, revealed that the Attorney General's Office has collected several pieces of evidence related to the alleged corruption in the import of crude oil and refinery products by Pertamina's subsidiary. The evidence was collected during the previous witness investigation.
"The Attorney General's Office has already collected several pieces of evidence, including documents, laptops, mobile phones, and communication devices during the previous probing," said Simon during a press conference held on Monday, March 3, 2025.
Simon stated that Pertamina will fully support the ongoing legal process and remain open to the investigation. "If additional pieces of evidence are required along the way, we will certainly respect the ongoing legal process and the Attorney General's Office in this investigation process. So, we will support it," he said.
The alleged corruption case surfaced after indications of discrepancies in importing crude oil and downstream products by Pertamina's subsidiary. Until now, the Attorney General's Office has declared six top Pertamina officials as suspects in this case. The suspects are from the management of Pertamina's subsidiaries and private parties allegedly involved in this corruption practice from 2018 to 2023.
Suspects from Pertamina include Riva Siahaan (CEO of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga), Sani Dinar Saifuddin (Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional), Yoki Firnandi (CEO of PT Pertamina International Shipping), Agus Purwono (Vice President of Feedstock Management at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional), Maya Kusmaya (Director of Marketing Center and Trade at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga), and Edward Corne (Vice President Trading Operation of Pertamina Patra Niaga).
Meanwhile, the three suspects from the private sector are Muhammad Keery Andrianto Riza (Beneficial Owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa), Dimas Werhaspati (Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and PT Jenggala Maritim), and Gading Ramadan Joede (Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and CEO of PT Orbit Terminal Merak).
