TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta's Erasmus Huis announces the return of its electronic music program in early 2026, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening cultural ties between Indonesia and the Netherlands through creative exchange. In its eighth edition, the Erasmus Huis Club Night will present a dynamic lineup featuring Dutch DJ NALA alongside Indonesian talents ELLGA, Mashito, SALA (Finish, Masguna, Reno Renatama, Sergio Berlino), and visual artist ADXITA.

Following the success of previous editions that each drew more than 600 attendees, this year’s event will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026. A highlight of the evening will be the introduction of Erasmus Huis’ first-ever silent disco, transforming the library into a vibrant dance floor.

Headlining the night is NALA, a Netherlands-based DJ known internationally for her high-energy, bass-driven sets that seamlessly cross genres. In addition to her performance, NALA will lead a DJ workshop co-organized with SAE Indonesia Creative Media Academy. “The audience can expect a rhythmic journey of percussive and eclectic sounds made to push the room and keep the floor dancing all night with high energy across a wide range of genres,” NALA said.

Showcasing Indonesia’s vibrant electronic music scene, ELLGA will perform in the auditorium with a sound spanning acid, indie dance, and experimental techno. Mashito will follow with a genre-blending set that combines underground house with top 40 influences, incorporating elements of grime, moombahton, hip-hop, and R&B. Meanwhile, the library’s silent disco will be led by SALA collective founders Finish, Masguna, Reno Renatama, and Sergio Berlino, accompanied by immersive visuals from ADXITA. Dedicated to creating inclusive spaces for house music, SALA leverages modern technology to highlight the diversity of Indonesia’s underground scene and bring together audiences from varied backgrounds.

The Erasmus Huis Club Night marks the opening of Erasmus Huis’ 2026 cultural program. “We are thrilled to open our 2026 calendar with the Erasmus Huis Club Night, a program that perfectly reflects our mission to foster collaboration between young creative talents from Indonesia and the Netherlands,” said Erasmus Huis Director Nicolaas de Regt. “As our first program of the year, it kicks off a season of creativity and inspiring programs, providing a cultural bridge where Dutch and Indonesian artists can inspire one another and their audiences.”
