TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) will reconstruct the road on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road to improve the comfort of road users and meet the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Amri Sanusi said that the reconstruction work will take place at KM 31+750 to KM 31+720 towards Jakarta, precisely in lanes 1 and 2. "The work will start on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 08:00 WIB, until Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 06:00 WIB," he said in an official statement on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
In order to minimize the impact on traffic, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol has prepared a number of mitigation procedures, including diverting traffic flow before the work area, narrowing the work area, and implementing contraflow if traffic is heavy. In addition, coordination with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) is also carried out for safer and more orderly traffic arrangements.
Amri said, for information to road users, PT JTT has conducted dissemination by installing appeal banners. "In addition, there is a dynamic message sign (DMS) at the location around the work, both in the direction of Jakarta and Cikampek," he said.
PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol appeals to road users to anticipate travel time, check vehicle conditions, ensure sufficient electronic money balances, and always be careful and follow the signs around the work area.
