TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Coffee has become a part of the daily routine for millions of people worldwide. According to data from the International Coffee Organization (ICO), the global coffee consumption in 2022 reached 178.6 million bags, each weighing 60 kg.
Many people start their day with a cup of coffee, but not all cafes offer the same quality. A good coffee shop needs skilled baristas, quality ingredients, atmosphere, sustainability practices, customer service, and consistency.
