Baseball's All-Star break couldn't stop the Seattle Mariners social media team from picking up a 'W' on Thursday night, thanks in large part to Cal Raleigh's nickname: Big Dumper.

Seizing on the viral story about a tech CEO canoodling with his alleged mistress at a Coldplay concert, the Mariners' X account posted an image of the All-Star catcher.

'If your significant other was recently spotted at a Coldplay concert, email [email protected],' read the caption on X.

A graphic below Raleigh's bearded face read: 'Need the Big Dumper to do some dumpin'?'

The grab actually came from a video segment the Mariners ran on the T-Mobile Park days earlier. The premise of the bit, if not already obvious, was that Big Dumper could be enlisted to help fans get out of doomed relationships.

'Tom, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but it's not working with Lindsay,' Raleigh said to a fictional heartbreak victim. 'Don't worry, though. When one door closes, another one opens. Specifically, a door to a new apartment, because your current lease is in Lindsay's name. Bummer.'

Chris Martin caught one camera-shy couple by surprise as he addressed the audience at a Coldplay concert - and joked that they were 'either having an affair' or were just very bashful

Dumper, for those unfamiliar with the 2025 Home Run Derby champion, is known for having a prodigious backside. And while the 28-year-old switch-hitting backstop initially detested the nickname, he's slowly come to embrace it, although not quite as much as teammates and fans.

With Raleigh on pace to challenge Barry Bonds' single-season record of 73 home runs, Mariners supporters have been scooping up 'Big Dumper' merchandise from simple t-shirts to pricey replica jerseys.

Raleigh had 38 home runs before the All-Star break but will need 33 bombs over the Mariners' final 66 games to tie the retired San Francisco Giants slugger.

The Mariners weren't the only MLB club mocking the viral story about AI startup Astronomer's CEO, Andrew Byron, cozying up with the company's HR chief, Kristin Cabot, all of which was revealed by 'Kiss Cam' footage at a recent Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The Cardinals got in on the act by posting an old photo of former St. Louis slugger Albert Pujols hugging long-time teammate Adam Wainwright inside the Busch Stadium dugout

The two were seen on the Gillette Stadium scoreboard reacting in horror and trying to hide their embarrassed faces from the sellout crowd.

Coldplay singer Chris Martin noticed the awkward seen and made the obvious observation: 'Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy.'

Since then, the Cardinals got in on the act by posting an old photo of former St. Louis slugger Albert Pujols hugging long-time teammate Adam Wainwright inside the Busch Stadium dugout.

'When Coldplay starts playing your song,' read the caption from the Cardinals' social media team.
