In addition to presenting national artists, said Ardi, local musicians will also be present on stage such as Monster Crazy Band, Cedsanova Music, and Grace and Friends.
"This event is open to the public and free of charge, the entire community can attend and enjoy the various entertainment that we have prepared," he said.
Ardi hopes that the excitement presented later will be a moment of togetherness for Batam residents to start the new year with a positive spirit.

New Year's celebrations in Batam do not only take place at Alun-alun Engku Putri, in previous years fireworks parties were also held in other places, such as Harbour Bay Front, Bukit Senyum Batu Ampar, Ocarina Batam Center and several other places.
