Adam Thielen finally traded to Minnesota Vikings from the Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings are finally closing in on a trade for wide receiver Adam Thielen. 

Thielen, a Minnesota native, gets to return to the team where he became a reliable deep threat and earned both Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors.

After being released in the 2022 season by the team, Thielen signed with the Carolina Panthers and spent three up-and-down seasons in Charlotte.

Minnesota was in need of help at the position after a suspension to WR2 Jordan Addison and an injury to Jalen Nailor.

Now, the Thielen family gets to return home - with Adam's wife Caitlin posting an emotional video with their daughter, Cora, reacting to the news that they'd be going back. Caitlin fought through tears just moments after Adam called her to tell her the news. 

Later, she posted another video when Adam returned to their house in North Carolina where he celebrated with Cora while chanting 'We're going home, we're going home'.
