Andrew Santino may be getting an invite to the wedding of the century after all, after he was spotted rubbing shoulders with Taylor Swift

Just last month, the comedian and close friend of Travis Kelce claimed he wasn't sure he would make the cut for the A-List couple's nuptials with the pop sensation 'controlling that guest list.'

Yet, fast forward four weeks and the Bad Friends podcast host was seen in pride of place next to the singer at the Kansas City Chiefs' latest home game.

Fresh off the release of her l12th studio album, 'The Life of a Showgirl,' the songstress made her return to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday to watch her fiance and the Chiefs take on the Detroit Lions

Swift was not spotted entering the stadium on Sunday night, which follows the trend of her sneaky entrances that have occurred in the 2025 season.

However, during the first quarter, the broadcast coverage did pick her up in a luxury VIP suite chatting away with WNBA star Caitlin Clark and hugging her future father-in-law, Ed.

Last month, Santino said he didn't think he'd be invited to her wedding to Travis Kelce

But the hoops sensation wasn't the only guest that the hitmaker was spotted deep in conversation with as she was also captured soaking up the action alongside Santino.

The pair happily chatted away with Swift smiling as they observed the Chiefs' 30-17 win over the Lions from their perch.

However, the interaction raised eyebrows among Swifties online with it coming just one month after they perceived the comedian to have made a sly dig at the pop star.

In mid-September, Santino, who has been friends with Kelce for a number of years, admitted he didn't think he would make the cut for what are set to be the most highly anticipated nuptials in pop culture history.

'I doubt it,' Santino confessed when quizzed on whether he would attend the wedding on the Pardon My Take podcast.

'I don't think I got that invite. You know she's controlling that guest list. I'm not on that list. Trav is my boy. I love him to death. But I highly doubt...

'Look, I will say this. I played with my old man two days ago and we FaceTimed him (Travis) to say congrats. Maybe I'll catch a bachelor party invite. You could do bachelor and not wedding. In fact, [I'd] prefer it. I'd rather do bachelor and no wedding. I don't want to do weddings in general anymore. So if you can give me the bachelor party without the wedding.'

The comment drew the ire of Swift's ever-loyal fans on social media, with one even branding him a 'a**hole.'

The Chiefs star proposed to pop star Swift in August after two years of dating

'That wedding if we are to use our logical thinking will just be the closest of the closest if friends and family. Acquaintances I doubt it! That wedding will be limited to people who really matters. And people should get that,' one fumed.

'Kind of an a**hole diss at Taylor...she's not controlling anything Trav has a mind of his own and she loves that he has great longtime loyal friends...they will do the list together for sure,' another person commented.

With a third adding: 'If your out there critisizing (sic) the partner of your 'friend', you expect an invite?? the f*** with that.'

It's unlikely that Santino was intentionally trying to criticize the singer but rather that he was politely trying to distance himself from his friend's private life.

Santino and Kelce have been friendly for a number of years with the NFL star appearing on the comedian's podcast 'Whiskey Ginger' back in 2019.

Santino repaid the favor last year when he joined Kelce and his brother Jason on their 'New Heights' podcast.

The pals have also hit the golf course together, playing alongside Justin Timberlake in the 44-year-old pop star's 8AM Golf Invitational in Las Vegas this year.

Santino has also previously shared a number of snaps with Kelce and Swift at Chiefs games at Arrowhead Stadium.
