TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The government will implement a 20 percent toll fare discount during the 2025 Eid homecoming period. Triono Junoasmono, Expert Staff to the Minister of Public Works for Interagency Relations, stated that the implementation of this policy is currently being coordinated with relevant agencies.
“As of now, it has been confirmed that the toll fare discount will apply to 17 toll roads, consisting of 10 in Java and 7 in Sumatra,” Triono said in an official statement on Tuesday, February 25.
The toll discount aims to better distribute traffic. Triono noted that the policy is proposed to take effect on Monday and Tuesday, March 24-25, for all 17 toll roads, with an additional discount period on March 26-27 for five Jasa Marga-operated toll roads during peak homecoming traffic.
Toll roads in Java offering discounts include:
- Tangerang – Merak Toll Road
- Jakarta – Cikampek Toll Road
- Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Toll Road
- Cikampek – Palimanan Toll Road
- Palimanan – Kanci Toll Road
- Kanci – Pejagan Toll Road
- Pejagan – Pemalang Toll Road
- Pemalang – Batang Toll Road
- Batang – Semarang Toll Road
- Semarang ABC Toll Road
Toll roads in Sumatra offering discounts include:
- Indrapura – Kisaran Toll Road
- Kuala Tanjung – Tebing Tinggi – Parapat (Tebing Tinggi – Sinaksak segment)
- Pekanbaru – Dumai Toll Road
- Indralaya – Prabumulih Toll Road
- Kayuagung – Palembang Toll Road
- Terbanggi Besar – Pematang Panggang – Kayuagung Toll Road
- Bakauheni – Terbanggi Besar Toll Road
