There was no sign of Livvy Dunne suffering from the winter blues on Saturday as she hit the beach in Florida.
The former LSU gymnast and social media star made the most of the glorious winter sunshine in Jupiter after recently laying down roots and buying a home there.
Dunne lay on the beach in her bikini and was seen cuddling her dog Roux, who looked to be having a great time rolling in the sand.
She then retreated to what seemed to be her new home, posting a video of the astonishing ocean view and captioning it: 'I (heart emoji) my new home'.
Dunne recently added the Jupiter home to her growing property portfolio. It is believed to be not far from Tiger Woods' sprawling $60million house in the same area.
She also finally landed herself a luxury New York apartment last week, just three months after her bid to buy Babe Ruth's former home was brutally rejected.

Dunne was turned down by a co-op board when she previously attempted to purchase a property in the Big Apple earlier this year.
However, according to the New York Post, the 23-year-old has put that behind her and will now be joining the hordes of social media stars in the city's West Village.
According to records obtained by the outlet, Dunne - who is dating MLB star Paul Skenes - bought a one-bedroom, two-bath condominium for $1.95million in the area.
It's been a busy week for Dunne and her baseball star boyfriend Paul Skenes after he claimed his first National League Cy Young Award on Wednesday night.
After just two years in Major League Baseball, Skenes, who has been dating Dunne since 2023, has become the first pitcher to win Rookie of the Year in one season and then a Cy Young Award the next for 40 years.
Skenes was surrounded by Dunne and his friends and family for the announcement, with the group seen celebrating at someone's home Tuesday night.
Last year his girlfriend suffered an awkward moment after fans claimed she was more thrilled about his Rookie of the Year win than the emotionless pitcher.

This time, however, he held both arms out in celebration as his proud girlfriend was seen applauding next to him.
After hugging Dunne, the Pirates phenomenon turned and embraced his mom after making baseball history.
An overjoyed Dunne shared a graphic announcing her man's award win on her Instagram story and wrote: 'OH MY GOODNESSSSS!!!!'
The ex-LSU gymnast also shared photos of a celebratory cake and Skenes holding up two bottles of champagne at a party in aid of his historic success.
