That is according to the New York Post, who report that Jen Belichick exploded at 24-year-old Hudson after a UNC football game earlier this month.
It's claimed that Jen Belichick - who is married to Bill's son, Steve - branded Hudson 'bats*** crazy ' and accused her of 'f***ing twisting' the brain of her 73-year-old boyfriend. She also screamed that all Hudson 'does is control s***,' the Post report.
The legendary coach, who is in his first season with the Tar Heels, was reportedly urged to 'wake up' and issued an ultimatum: 'You choose your family or [her].'
Hudson and Belichick's relationship has been the subject of explosive reports ever since they began dating.
There have been claims that the 73-year-old's family are concerned over the relationship and tensions reportedly spilled over in Belichick's office on November 8 - after the Tar Heels beat Stanford.

But, according to reports, his wife insisted she did not care if her attack led to Belichick disowning her or even firing his son.
The Tar Heels are 4-6 in Belichick's first season, which has been dogged by struggles on the field and turmoil off it.
Earlier this week, a bombshell report from the Raleigh news publication WRAL revealed around a fifth of UNC's 101-player roster had cited for speeding or reckless driving.
Th outlet added that a large number of athletes at fault were ones Belichick recruited.
Speaking Wednesday, the 73-year-old insisted he had addressed the issue with his players and underlined his belief in the importance of player conduct away from the game.

In a photo shared on social media, the 73-year-old is captured watching Hudson, 24, perform on Sunday alongside Code Black - a competitive cheerleading team based out of Cheer Extreme Raleigh in North Carolina.
The Tar Heels football coach stood nearby with several other spectators as his partner and her teammates took to the mat.
The day before, Belichick's UNC team were handed their sixth defeat of the season by Wake Forest, before he was accused of showing disrespect to rival coach Jake Dickert.
Hudson, a 2021 national champion in cheerleading, has returned to the mat in recent weeks after working out with Bridgewater State University's team earlier this month.
