Josh Allen looks to be moving on to the next phase of his personal life by putting his $8.5million bachelor pad in Dana Point, California up for sale, a little more than a month after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld.
The 'True Grit' actress and Buffalo Bills quarterback tied the knot in Montecito, California, about three hours north of where Allen currently lives in his four-bedroom, three-bedroom house close to the coastline.
Allen has owned the property, which he bought for $7.2million, per Realator.com, in 2023 and has spent most of his time away from Buffalo in the home this offseason. It is now on the market, with the online listing being in its fourth day.
The 2,808-square-foot property is in a guard-gated community that has its own private beach club and is near a few five-star resorts, including the The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.
The home was built in 1962, but was 'recently updated including a new presidential roof, the residence is turnkey and livable as-is, with long-term potential to reimagine or expand,' per an online listing.
'Josh’s life has evolved, and the home no longer fits his needs,' Allen's broker Andy Stavros, of Douglas Elliman, told Daily Mail.

Allen also owns a second home for when in Western New York, a custom-built Orchard Park mansion that was erected on a plot of land that the current NFL MVP bought for only $500,000.
Allen's current home has an open-floor plan that has a huge family room with high ceilings and a fireplace in the center.
There is also a formal dining area and a large kitchen for entertaining guests. Large openings at the home with sliding doors make it easy to go from indoor living to the outside.
Three of the four bedrooms have full bathrooms in them, with direct access to the outside portion of the home. The master bedroom has its own sitting area and easy access to the backyard.
There is also an attached two-car garage, with a stunning staircase leading up to the home that splits the front yard into two.
Mortgage options exist to pay either nearly $58,000 a month for 15 years, or more than $45,000 monthly for 30 years at the listing price.
The H-shaped home also has an above-ground jacuzzi and a spacious backyard.
Allen's offseason home may now be in Encino, California, where Steinfeld has lived since 2021, with a $7.98million home that she bought from rock music legend John Fogerty.

Allen will soon go back to New York for the start of the Bills training camp on July 24, when his time with his new wife will have to be based on the East Coast.
Allen won the NFL MVP award despite falling in the AFC Championship Game to the Kansas City Chiefs.
With Allen at the helm, the Bills have made it to at least the Divisional round of the postseason each of the last five years. The team has not advanced to the Super Bowl in that span.
Four of the last five seasons for Allen have ended with a playoff loss to Kansas City, including both championship-game appearances.
Steinfeld and Allen got engaged last November in Malibu, California, with the 'Sinners' actress in New Orleans to see Allen accept his MVP award and was on the verge of tears when he gave her a shoutout during his acceptance speech.
