
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts that most of Jakarta will be partly cloudy this morning on Saturday, June 27, 2026, with a bit of drizzle in the afternoon.
The BMKG, via its Instagram account @infobmkg, reported that West Jakarta and South Jakarta will be partly cloudy this morning, then thick clouds roll in at noon, followed by light rain in the afternoon and evening.
East Jakarta and North Jakarta will see similar weather today. Both regions will also see partly cloudy skies this morning, then thick clouds at noon. The difference is the afternoon drizzle will patter out and thick clouds will cover the areas in the evening.
BMKG also forecasts a partly cloudy sky this morning in Central Jakarta, then thick clouds for the rest of the day.
Meanwhile, the Seribu Islands are forecast to experience haze (reduced visibility due to particles such as dust, smoke, or water vapor) this morning and then cloudy weather in the afternoon and evening.
The average temperature in Jakarta today is around 28-29 degrees Celsius.
