Injured Chelsea star Cole Palmer offered insight to supporters into his recovery process, including an X-rated motivational message at their Cobham base.
The Blues star has been absent since being forced off with an injury during their 2-1 loss by Man United back in mid-September.
Palmer had been struggling with a groin issue, with the Blues initially hopeful he could have returned to action after two or three weeks rest.
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca then admitted last month that he would likely be out for a further six weeks, with the estimate suggesting a return date at the end of November.
Palmer offered an update to supporters in a series of photos on social media as he continues to work his way back to fitness.
The 23-year-old added the caption 'Whatever the 5th pic says', with the photo displaying a whiteboard at Chelsea's base featuring the message 'No-one gives a f***, work harder'.

Palmer also shared images of him in the gym, with another photo showing him celebrating the Blues 1-0 victory over Tottenham on Saturday having watched at home on TV.
Daily Mail Sport's Chelsea Confidential revealed last week that Palmer is yet to return to training, despite photos emerging of the star wearing full training kit.
Palmer had worn the kit as the Blues staged a special ceremony as the England international, Enzo Fernandez, Marc Cucurella, Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah were each gifted a framed ‘100’ shirt, marking their century of appearances for the club.
There is no date set in stone for Palmer’s return, with Chelsea wary of rushing back their playmaker at the risk of doing further damage.
Chelsea will be without Palmer when they face Qarabag in the Champions League on Wednesday, before facing rock bottom Wolves ahead of the international break.
Maresca's side will return to action against Burnley, before facing Barcelona and Arsenal before the end of November.
According to Maresca's last update, it is possible that Palmer could be nearing a return for the two crunch matches to conclude the month.

Chelsea have only been able to call upon Palmer three times this season.
The Blues having mixed Premier League results which have them seventh after 10 matches.
Victory over Tottenham, however, saw the Blues move just two points off second in the table.
