While Diego Pavia was leading to Vanderbilt to victory on Saturday, his family were causing chaos in the stands - with his brother later arrested for 'public intoxication'.
Commodores quarterback Pavia had a standout game during the 45-24 win over the Volunteers but, unfortunately for him, the day was marred by chaos in the stands.
Footage from inside the stadium showed Pavia's family arguing with security and police officials, after reportedly being told not to hang over the front row.
In one clip, Pavia's brothers could be seen telling the officials: 'The SEC has the same rules everywhere, it should be no different.
'We're about to take over this state, you'll find out'.
However, despite their brother leading Vanderbilt to victory, it appears their braggadocios claims backfired as Javier Pavia was later seen being arrested.

The quarterback's brother was pictured as he was escorted out of the stadium before then being detained outside of a Knox County Sheriff van.
Other reports which later emerged claimed that Javier had 'a flag blocking' the view of fans sat around him. He reportedly 'refused' to take it down before being detained.
It marks the second time this season that Javier has been arrested during a game.
Back in September, both of Diego Pavia's brothers - Javier, 25, and Roel, 26, - were arrested and charged with resisting arrest and public intoxication during Vanderbilt's season opener.
Javier is reportedly due back in court on January 12, 2026, with his charges still pending in Davidson County following his previous arrest.
The Daily Mail has reached out to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and the Knox County Sheriff for comment.
Meanwhile, the Pavia family previously went viral back in September after comedian Theo Von was bizarrely roped into taking their mother for a date.
Von was on the sideline for Vanderbilt's 31-7 win over South Carolina - and revealed to ESPN that quarterback Pavia had offered up a date with his mom if the Commodores won the game.

'The way I understand the story is that - maybe just give me a nod if this is OK,' sideline reporter Cole Cubelic began to Von. 'Diego Pavia wins this game, he promised you he would set you up with a date with his mom.'
Von then confirmed the strange arrangement as he nodded his head.
'My goal is, I would like to marry a nurse one day, so that's why I think he was thinking about that,' Von said.
'I don't even know if I would do it. I like being his friend, I don't wanna end up being his stepdad.'
