Dave Portnoy poked fun at his own 22-year age-gap relationship after being trolled by a wild sign during Fox's Big Noon Kickoff show on Saturday.
The Barstool founder was on air in Chicago ahead of Michigan and Northwestern's showdown at Wrigley Field, but he caught a stray when a fan held up a homemade message aimed squarely at him.
The sign carried a picture of Portnoy and the caption 'In 1999...'. It showed the TV personality graduating from college, and then a second image - 'Dave's GF' was, quite simply, a sperm.
Taking the trolling in his stride, Portnoy took a picture himself and uploaded it to X, commenting: 'Total f***ing lie. She was 1.'
Portnoy very rarely comments on his relationship with Camryn D'Aloia, who he was first pictured with at a Boston Celtics NBA game in April 2024.
They then sat courtside together at a playoff game two months later, and Portnoy later told a hilarious story about the pair getting stranded in a boat off the coast of Nantucket in the same month.

D'Aloia also hails from Massachusetts and lives in Boston, but is very rarely in the spotlight
It was while telling that story that he confirmed her name for the first time. When asked by his podcast co-host whether he was on the boat with his mother, Portnoy said: 'No. Originally, it was myself and Cam, um, a girl I'm dating.
'I was like, "You have to get off and tell somebody, I have no communication." So she, before we got too far, dove off and went home and called the harbor master.'
A year later, Portnoy and D'Aloia were back courtside at TD Garden, sitting alongside Timothee Chalamet in photos that quickly went viral online.
Very little is known about D'Aloia, who is now believed to be 26. Portnoy, meanwhile, is 48.
She graduated from Framingham State University in 2021 and went on to work at Nutrafol as a community management associate, but it is unclear whether she still works at the company.
Portnoy, meanwhile, is never far from the headlines and recently spoke to the Daily Mail about Zohran Mamdani in the wake of the New York City mayoral election.

He has even been threatening to move Barstool's HQ out of the Big Apple, and commented: ''There is zero value to being in New York for us right now.
'There are many cities that are far more pro-business than [New York City] which is clearly anti-business.'
On Mamdani, he added: 'He is a communist. I am a capitalist. I think wanting to be successful and rich is a positive quality. He thinks it makes you evil. I think hard work should be rewarded. He wants everybody to get a trophy.'
'I respect the NYPD and first responders,' Portnoy continued. 'He hates the NYPD and wants to defund them.'
