The Philadelphia Eagles have started a new round of fury against their signature play, the tush push, after referees appeared to miss another false start on an offensive lineman.
During the first quarter of the Eagles game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, Philadelphia had their first attempt at the rugby-style play with the right guard moving a few split seconds before the ball was hiked.
A few moments later, the play was used successfully again, this time, vaulting Jalen Hurts into the end zone for a touchdown.
After Philadelphia's first drive, Rams head coach Sean McVay was upset with the lack of flags for false starts on the Eagles, complaining to referee Brad Rogers.
Rogers then went to the other sidelines to speak with Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni.
Yet, the damage had already been done for fans on social media, who saw the infractions from their living rooms.

'There’s always a missed false start on an Eagles tush push,' one NFL fan said.
'Clear RG early movement. Bush League for allowing rugby scrums!' a second person stated.
'This is the farewell tour of the tush-push in the NFL...' a third added.
So far, the pair of tush pushes have led to the Eagles only score of the day, as the Rams lead 13-7 midway through the second quarter.
