An ESPN reporter felt the wrath of furious NFL fans after making a humiliating Travis Kelce-related error on Monday night.
After Kansas City secured a dominant 28-7 win over the Washington Commanders, ESPN reporter Lisa Salters conducted an interview with QB Patrick Mahomes.
However, during it, she made a glaring error as she got Travis Kelce's name wrong, when asking Mahomes about his teammate's record-breaking evening.
After completing a touchdown against the Commanders, Kelce tied Priest Holmes in the leaderboard for most total scores in the franchise's history, at 83.
However, when discussing the feat with Kelce's close friend Mahomes, she instead said: 'Travis Scott tied the touchdown record. He told me before the game just what it would be mean to him. But, what does it mean to you?'.
Travis Scott is, of course, a famous rapper and not the tight end for Kansas City.

Mahomes spared Salters' blushes by breezing past the verbal slip-up however the same could not be said by frustrated NFL fans on social media.
One fan shared a video of the incident, with the caption: 'I guess the rapper just got signed, someone tell Travis Kelce his spot’s been taken.'
Another said: 'When did Travis Scott start playing football?' They also included a hashtag of Scott lyrics: '#IGetThoseGoosebumpsEveryTime'
'Did I just hear the interviewer call Kelce Travis Scott and Mahomes didn’t even correct her,' another wrote on X.
'Did Lisa call Travis Kelce Travis Scott? #MNF,' another said.
Aside from his record-breaking performance, it was a positive evening for the Chiefs as they returned to form following a sluggish start to the season.
There had been questions over their ability to reach another Super Bowl but their recent displays will have likely eased any concerns. They are now 5-3 this season.
Kelce caught six passes off eight targets for 99 yards and one touchdown.

The Chiefs' return to form has arrived at the perfect time, given they travel to face Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Earlier in the night, Kelce signaled his arrival at Arrowhead Stadium by wearing a particularly bold outfit.
He sported a striking orange, tie-dye set, wearing a loose-fitting jacket with a white shirt underneath, paired with matching pants.
Meanwhile, fiancee Taylor Swift was spotted in his private suite at Arrowhead, as she continued the trend of sneaking into the stadium and avoiding broadcast cameras.
As Kelce made his record-breaking touchdown, the singer was seen celebrating in a suite with fellow Chiefs WAG Brittany Mahomes.
Moments before that, she looked a little hot under the collar as Kelce made a huge play, before getting back to his feet and carrying on.
