Pat McAfee and his partner Samantha have announced they are expecting their second child after multiple miscarriages and a lengthy IVF journey.
The ESPN superstar and his wife of five years posted an emotional pregnancy reveal on social media, after openly sharing their emotional journey over the past few years.
Samantha has suffered two miscarriages with life-threatening complications, which has meant the pair are unable to conceive naturally.
They had their first child - a daughter named Mackenzie - in May 2023, and the pair have now announced a second child - a baby boy - is due in June 2026.
'The path that led us here was filled with needles, hormones, countless appointments, and more emotion than we ever knew two hearts could hold,' the pair wrote in a joint post on Instagram over the weekend.
'IVF pushed my body to its limits and stretched our spirits in ways we never expected. It was hope and heartbreak, faith and fear — all tangled together as we trusted science and prayed for another miracle.
