Arsenal’s 15-year-old wonderkid Max Dowman lit up the UEFA Youth League on Wednesday, leaving fans speechless as he weaved through Bayern Munich’s defence to score a breathtaking solo goal in the club's 4-2 victory.
Dowman, who is enjoying his breakthrough season at the Emirates under Mikel Arteta, has already made five senior appearances across all competitions this campaign, despite still being just 15 years of age.
Although he was not selected for Arteta's senior squad to face Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday night, Dowman still managed to grab the headlines with a stunning solo goal against the German club's youth team.
In the Under-19s clash, the 15-year-old sensation scored twice at Mangata Developments Stadium to guide Arsenal's youth side to a 4-2 victory, which marked the north London club's first three points of the European campaign.
Deep into stoppage time, Dowman picked up the ball on the right flank and slalomed through the defence into the penalty area, dazzling the opposition with his close control.
Despite appearing to run into trouble, the teenager masterfully performed a roulette to evade the last defender and then dinked the ball over the goalkeeper with his left foot to rubber stamp the victory.

The north London club are in high spirits after extending their gap at the top of the Premier League table to six points last weekend, triumphing 4-1 over bitter rivals Tottenham thanks to a superb hat-trick from Eberechi Eze.
After scoring his superb solo goal, Dowman appeared to perform the same celebration as Eze, who has flourished since his £60million move from Crystal Palace to the Emirates in the summer.
