Former NFL star Cooper Helfet is now dating Gigi Paris, the model ex-girlfriend of actor Glen Powell.

The couple appeared in public together for the first time on Monday night, hitting the red carpet at the 2025 Angel Ball in New York.

Paris spent more than three years dating Powell, an award-winning actor who is best known for starring in the 2022 movie, Top Gun: Maverick.

But they split in April 2023 amid rumors of a romance between Glen and actress Sydney Sweeney. This is Paris' first known relationship since.

Helfet is a retired tight end who won the Super Bowl during his career in the NFL. Now 36, he went undrafted in 2012 before joining the Seattle Seahawks.

He was part of the Seattle team that beat the Denver Broncos to win Super Bowl XLVIII at the end of the 2013 season.

Powell was romantically linked with Sydney Sweeney, his co-star in the movie Anyone But You

Paris said she was left 'shattered' and feeling 'like [she] was just fed to the dogs' following her split from Powell. 'What sucked was how it was handled,' she said.

The model previously opened up on the impact of the rumors about Powell and Sweeney, telling the Too Much podcast: 'I could either pretend like I was going along with everything and have everyone wonder, like, "Are they hooking up? Are they not hooking up? Is she okay with this? What the f***?"

'Or stand up for myself and say, "No, I'm actually not okay with this, and I'm walking away." So that's what I decided to do.”

She continued: 'I just wanted respect... don't make an a*** out of me. Don't make a fool out of someone you've been with for over three years, talking about forever with. Just have some decency.'

Glen recently told GQ he 'will always have nothing but love for her and respect for her.'

Helfet, meanwhile, joined the Raiders in 2016. He officially retired from the NFL two years later. 'Seven years of pro ball was the dream you imagine it to be in every way,' he wrote in a statement on social media.

'Even though it’s incredibly hard to walk away after some unfortunate injuries, I have no right to be anything but grateful. There is an unrivaled amount of love in my heart for all the coaches, family, friends and fans that supported me over the years.'
