Micah Parsons made a young fan’s day after reaching out personally to apologize after the boy’s devastated reaction to his Green Bay Packers trade went viral online.

The biggest saga of the NFL's offseason came to an end Thursday night when the Cowboys ended their contract dispute with Parsons by sending him to the Packers.

Though the trade request had come from Parsons himself, most assumed it was just a negotiating tactic to get Dallas back to the table.

Instead, Jerry Jones pulled the trigger and stunned the fanbase in the process. Among the most upset was young Isaac after his reaction the news went viral.

The boy's emotional reaction was shared on TikTok by his mother, Lesley, after the Cowboys sent Parsons to Green Bay just days before the 2025 NFL season kicks off.

Parsons responded to the original video with a simple but sincere message: 'I'm sorry!' But he didn't stop there.

In a follow-up post, Lesley shared a clip of Parsons FaceTiming Isaac and the exchange turned into one of the most wholesome moments of the NFL offseason.

'I saw that video, I'm sorry, bruh,' Parsons said on the call. 'I hope you know, in life, things happen that you can't control, but you just got to keep going.'

'Even though you're a big Cowboys fan, I hope that you still follow me and my career, because that's what it's all about. Passionate fans. That just meant a lot to me. I hope you know that.'

Parsons then promised to send the youngster a Packers jersey with his new No. 1, and also joked that he would tell the kid's mom to take the jersey away if he wasn't keeping up with good grades at school.

Isaac was reportedly so overwhelmed that he could barely get any words out - but his mom made sure to thank Parsons and his team for taking the time.

'Isaac was so nervous he couldn't get his words out,' Lesley wrote. 'This means the world to him!'

Parsons will be back in Dallas soon - this time wearing green and yellow - when the Packers travel to face the Cowboys in just a few weeks.

With his move, Parsons becomes the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history

The Packers gave up first-round picks in 2026 and 2027 along with three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kenny Clark to get the two-time All-Pro edge rusher, who agreed to a contract extension with Green Bay.

Parsons was given a record-setting $188million, four-year contract that includes $136m guaranteed. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he offered Parsons more guaranteed money.

During his unveiling on Friday, Parsons said he went through the hardest four months of his life as he feared his contract stalemate with the Cowboys would stretch into the start of the season.
