An already difficult year for Joy Taylor hit a new low this week after it was revealed the controversial sports presenter is out at Fox Sports.
News of Taylor's shock departure after nearly a decade at the network was first reported on Monday, with official confirmation still yet to emerge from either party. The Daily Mail contacted Taylor's attorneys for comment.
It comes as part of a brutal move to axe three shows on the network's cable arm FS1. As well as morning programs 'Breakfast Ball' and 'The Facility', sports talk show 'Speak' - which Taylor began hosting in September 2022 - has now come to an abrupt end.
All three shows are said to have struggled to draw large enough audiences.
Taylor, who has worked on several FS1 shows since joining the Fox Sports back in 2016, will not be moved into a new role again after bosses decided not to renew her contract.
And the 38-year-old's sudden exit only adds to a tumultuous few months.

The 38-year-old leaves the network months after she was named in a bombshell sex lawsuit; she denies the allegations
Back in January, Taylor was hit by bombshell accusations from a former Fox employee, who alleged that she had used sexual relationships with colleagues to further her career at the network, something she has vehemently denied.
Taylor was one of several high-profile Fox Sports figures named in a lawsuit filed on behalf of hair and make-up artist Noushin Faraji, who also accused network executive Charlie Dixon and former FS1 host Skip Bayless of sexual harassment and sexual battery.
Faraji alleged that Bayless offered her $1.5million for sex, while she accused Dixon of groping her buttocks.
Dixon later left the network for unrelated reasons. Both men deny all allegations against them.
For her part, Taylor was accused in the lawsuit of using sexual relationships with both her co-host, ex-NFL star Emmanuel Acho, and Dixon to gain more opportunities at the network, including when she sought out a spot on 'Speak' with Acho.
Faraji also alleged that Taylor dismissed her complaints about sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon and told her to 'get over it.'
After refuting all allegations via a spokesperson, Taylor broke her silence on the suit last month, claiming it had left her battling 'grief' and 'trauma'.
'I won't say that there were not dark times, but I'm very blessed to have an amazing family and amazing friends and mentors and an amazing team,' she said.
'People that know me and have known me for my whole life reminding me of who I am and what I deserve.'

In April, it was revealed that attorneys for both Faraji and the other defendants had been engaged in settlement discussions.
'On March 10, 2025, the Parties mediated this matter,' read a filing from Los Angeles County Superior Court. 'While the Parties did not resolve at mediation, they are continuing to engage in settlement discussions with the mediator.'
Despite the furor, Taylor continued to present 'Speak' and her 'Two Personal' podcast, which has included a number of graphic admissions about her sex life.
Indeed, just weeks after being accused of using sexual relationships to advance her career in the lawsuit, the sports host raised eyebrows when she revealed the extent of her voracious sexual appetite.
She said: 'Every year I get older, I'm like, "What am I gonna do?" I have to have sex every day, and I can't, I'm not.'
Taylor added: 'It didn't used to be this way...'
Such wild confessions were not restricted to her podcast.
In an appearance on 'The Truth After Dark' show with Paul Pierce and Azar Farideh, Taylor - who also joined OnlyFans-style subscription service 'Passes' in November last year - revealed her age cutoff in her search for romance.
'I say this tenderly because I am 38 f***ing years old,' she said. 'Age limit? I would say right now, at my age right now, I would not date younger than 25, 26.'
Her answer sparked a shocked laugh from Pierce, before Taylor continued: 'Why is that funny?
'I don't think - I'm not going to get up here and lie. Young men are very aggressive and do not care how old I am.
'25 is a grown man! 25 is a grown ass man! 25 is a grown man, you're not about to have me on some bulls***.'
Taylor initially launched 'Two Personal' with TNT sports reporter Taylor Rooks back in March 2024, yet she was dealt another setback when it was revealed her podcast co-host had quit the show earlier this year.
Speculation that Rooks was no longer part of the podcast first arose in January - at around the same time Faraji's lawsuit went public. Taylor didn't formally announce Rooks's departure for another three months.

She is currently taking her mind off her Fox Sports exit while on vacation in The Bahamas
'With her NFL and NBA commitments in 2025, she is not going to be able to do Two Personal in season two. So I will be your host moving forward,' Taylor explained in April.
But despite those claims it was purely due to scheduling, previous episodes of 'Two Personal' featuring Rooks were quietly removed from the show's YouTube channel. Rooks is still yet to comment on her departure.
Taylor went into further details about Rooks's exit during an appearance on The Breakfast Club podcast, saying: 'Her and I both, we believe in excellence. And if you do something halfway because you don't have the bandwidth, then it's not gonna be what it needs to be.
'I had the bandwidth and wanted to continue doing it, but there's only 24 hours in a day.'
But of course now, the candid sports personality has been left jobless after Fox's cut-throat decision to not renew her contract.
It remains to be seen where Taylor - who is currently on vacation in The Bahamas - will head next. She has a huge following of close to 1.5million across Instagram, X and TikTok making her a potentially valuable commodity for rival broadcasters.
Nevertheless, TV executives will have to weigh up whether the juice is worth the squeeze after such a tumultuous year.
