Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic has been sidelined for at least a week due to finger and leg injuries, according to reports.
The news comes just days after Doncic produced an incredible performance during the Lakers' win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday, scoring 49 points.
According to ESPN, Doncic has suffered a 'left finger sprain' and a 'lower left contusion' which will keep him out of action.
The Slovenian star had enjoyed a stunning start to the season after producing back-to-back 40-point games for the Lakers, who play Sacramento on Sunday night.
Prior to his dominant display against the Timberwolves, Doncic had scored 43 points in their season-opening defeat to the Golden State Warriors.
It serves as the latest blow for the Lakers with LeBron James already sidelined as he continues his rehabilitation from a sciatica issue on his right side.

Despite his injury, James was pictured courtside on Friday, as he cheered on his teammates against Minnesota, with fans quick to note the unique outfit he had on.
James was wearing one of his son Bryce's Arizona jerseys along with an eye-catching, floral cardigan, a red hat and a pair of yellow-tinted sunglasses.
Bryce, the youngest of LeBron's sons, recently had his first taste of college basketball action after playing exhibition game in Arizona's Red-Blue Showcase this month.
James is not expected to return until mid-November and fans, now, will be hoping that there are no delays to his comeback, given Doncic's injury news.
