Coming off just their second win of the season, the Baltimore Ravens are showing signs of life.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson is expected to return from his right hamstring injury for Thursday's game against the Miami Dolphins in South Florida, coach John Harbaugh revealed Monday. Baltimore was just 1-2 in his absence after Sunday's 30-16 win over the Chicago Bears with backup Tyler Huntley under center.

'I feel very confident about it,' Harbaugh said Monday about Jackson's status.

Meanwhile, the NFL is continuing to look into the Ravens' decision to change Jackson's status ahead of Sunday's win.

The Ravens ruled Jackson out Saturday, while also saying he was not, in fact, a full participant in practice the previous day as had been reported at the time.

'Lamar Jackson was present for and participated fully in our entire Friday practice ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears,' the Ravens said in a statement. 'Upon further evaluation today and after conferring with the league office, because Lamar didn't take starter reps in practice, we updated our report to reflect his practice participation.'

The league is looking into the matter, which it does whenever a player's status changes.

For a player to be considered a full participant at practice, he must take part in 100 percent of his normal repetitions.

According to league policy, full participation means 100 percent of a player's normal repetitions. For example, a player who participates with the scout team during the team portion of practice would still be considered limited if his normal reps would have been with the starters were it not for his injury.

However, as the Ravens have since admitted, Jackson wasn't taking starter reps for some reason, so his participation was changed after the initial injury report was submitted.

Regardless, Jackson 'looked great' during Monday's walk-through, according to Harbaugh.

Jackson remains listed as 'questionable' for Thursday's game, along with cornerback Nate Wiggins (groin), and left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle).

Meanwhile the 2-6 Dolphins could be without safety Ifeatu Melifonwu (hand) and edge rusher Bradley Chubb (shoulder), both of whom are listed as questionable.
