Ole Miss took on Georgia in a massive SEC clash on Saturday - but Rebels coach Lane Kiffin surprised fans hours before as he posted a shirtless photo from a hot yoga session.

With Kiffin's squad in Georgia to take on the No. 9 Bulldogs, the coach started his day with an early-morning workout class at  Yoga Culture in Braselton.

And after working up a good sweat at the class, Kiffin posed shirtless alongside two women.

The studio's official Instagram account posted the picture online before Kiffin also shared it himself on X at 12:35pm - less than three hours before Ole Miss kicked off against Georgia at 3:30.

'Thanks guys for an amazing workout this morning!!,' Kiffin captioned the photo on X.

The curious post left some fans stunned.

'Lane—you’re 50 years old. Put a shirt on,' one wrote.

'I wasn’t ready for the Lane thirst traps on the TL,' another quipped.

'Coach, my wife is on this app, and I’d like to stay married thank you,' a third joked.

And a fourth warned: 'You got the dawgs in 4 hours focus.'

Ultimately, those words proved to be prescient as Kiffin's No. 5 squad was defeated 43-35 away from home.

The defeat comes after Kiffin took a shot at Georgia coach Kirby Smart during a press conference on Monday.

A reporter had raised the topic of both coaches' animated displays on the sidelines, when Kiffin was questioned on who he thought burned more calories from their gameday activity.

'I don't know,' Kiffin said. 'That's a good question. I walked by the TV and saw his press conference today. Doesn't look like he's burned too many calories. But he does have a lot of energy games and he coaches really passionately.'

Kiffin also joked that he had previously given Smart 'heat' about his weight before and that the Georgia coach responded by claiming that he 'is too stressed to work out.'

Nonetheless, the pair showed their respect for each other on Saturday as they embraced on the field following Georgia's win.
