Livvy Dunne and Paul Skenes are enjoying a trip to Sicily - and the former gymnast showed off her flexibility as the pair enjoyed a boat day.

Dunne posted several photos to her Instagram story on Friday of her and MLB star Skenes sipping wine on the water.

And the drinks seemingly inspired Dunne to show off her gymnastics moves as she performed a handstand on a paddleboard.

'when the drinks start to taste like I used to be a gymnast,' she captioned a photo of her doing the stunt.

Dunne, who wore a black one-piece bikini for the outing, could be seen clanking her glass of wine with Skenes in a video, while the pair also enjoyed a delicious-looking spread of food.

Skenes is enjoying a well-deserved break after another stellar season pitching for the Pirates, as he finished the year with a 1.97 ERA and 216 strikeouts.

However, his season ended in disappointment from a team perspective as the Pirates finished 71-91 and missed the postseason.

Dunne and Skenes escaped a Nor'easter storm ripping through the East Coast this week as they flew to Taormina - a hilltop town on the east coast of Sicily.

Dunne made the difficult decision to retire from gymnastics earlier this year, a choice which brought her 20-year journey in the sport to an end.

The online personality had five seasons with LSU instead of the traditional four due to being in Baton Rogue during the Covid-19 pandemic.

After her final season drew to a close in April, she has since been focusing on her career as a social-media influencer.

She was also seen cheering on Skenes at Pirates games throughout his sophomore season in MLB.

Earlier this month, Dunne celebrated her 23rd birthday in New York City with Skenes.

The TikTok sensation and former gymnast shared a series of snaps to Instagram after turning 23, two of which showed her posing with a cake and candle presented in a Martini glass.

She also uploaded two photos of her and Skenes out on the town in New York, as well as a shot of her holding up a glass of red wine while out in a restaurant.

'a tini bit older,' she captioned her birthday post on Instagram.
