Social media influencer and clothing designer Chris Blake Griffith has fired back at Stefon Diggs after the NFL star sued him for defamation.
The New England Patriots wide receiver, who welcomed a son with rapper Cardi B earlier this month, accused Griffith of concocting a lurid tale, after the stylist made allegations of sexual assault against him.
Griffith hit back this week, filing a counterclaim against Diggs as he doubled down on his bombshell allegations.
'Christopher Griffith is ready to pursue justice for the sexual and physical attacks against him and to hold Mr. Diggs accountable, because in America everyone should have to answer for their actions,' his attorney, Jacob Lebowitz, told The Daily Mail.
Griffith, who claims he struck up a professional relationship with Diggs in 2022 while working as his style advisor and advising him on his clothing line, has accused the football player of intentionally drugging him, making unwanted sexual advances towards him and later conspiring to kill him.
The Daily Mail has contacted Diggs' attorneys for comment.

In a counterclaim provided to The Daily Mail, Griffith claims that on May 21, 2023, he was invited to stay the night at Diggs's Maryland property as a guest of the wideout. Late that night, he says he and Diggs went out to a couple of nightclubs in Washington DC, where they stayed out until the early hours of May 22.
While out partying, Griffith alleges that Diggs offered him 'candy.' He initially refused but later accepted and ate some after growing hungry.
However, Griffith claims that the candy was drugged. He alleges that after consuming the substance, his 'pupils became extremely dilated, to the point that he could not see the color of his irises,' his 'skin began to tingle to the touch,' and he 'found it difficult to form words into complete sentence.'
He also alleges that, despite not consuming any alcohol or other substances, he became disorientated, leading him to believe that he had been drugged.
Griffith and Diggs then returned to the NFL player's home, where, while still seated in Diggs's car, the wide receiver allegedly exposed his penis and began to masturbate.
Diggs is alleged to have motioned for Griffith to touch his genitalia. Griffith claims that he clearly and forcefully asked Diggs to put his penis away before exiting the vehicle and heading towards the property door.
On the way to the entrance to the residence, Diggs allegedly gripped Griffith's shoulder and pulled him closer. He then tried to kiss Griffith on the mouth but the stylist avoided the attempt. Instead, Diggs put his tongue in Griffith's ear and whispered to him to 'come to his room,' the counterclaim alleges.
Griffith attempted to resist but claims that he found it difficult to exert force against Diggs because of the alleged substance he had unwittingly consumed. Upon entering the home, Diggs went to his room, but Griffith ran to the bathroom to plan his 'escape.'

When Griffith left the bathroom, he claims that two women and a man, Darez Diggs - one of Diggs's younger brothers - confronted him. They allegedly threatened him and demanded that he not discuss the events of the evening and to instead say that he had stolen items from the residence.
Griffith claims that he was forced into a vehicle and dropped off at Ronald Reagan Washington National airport in nothing but an ill-fitting sweatshirt. Still disorientated, he managed to secure a ticket back to Los Angeles.
However, in a twist of events, approximately one week later, on May 29, 2023, he claims he was attacked inside his own apartment building by associates of Diggs.
The assailants, including Diggs' brother Darez, are said to have kicked and punched him several times in the head in the elevator, and to have taken several valuable items including his phone.
Darez pleaded no contest to one felony count of grand theft from a person in March 2024 in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to perform 20 hours of community labor.
Griffith, who says he still has PTSD, claims he suffered traumatic brain injury, fractures to his left leg and ankle, and a meniscus tear in his left knee among other injuries in the attack.
Griffith previously went public with his claims, filing a report with the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department in October, 2024.
Not only did Griffith report the allegations to the police but he also shared a screenshot of the report to his 99,000 Instagram followers, tagging the NFL, the Patriots and UGGs, who has a partnership deal with Diggs.

Yet, last month, Diggs sued Griffith for defamation over the claims, maintaining that the accusations have seriously damaged his reputation.
In his own lawsuit, Diggs denied the allegations, accusing Griffith of fabricating the claims and intentional lying for online stature.
He disputed Griffith's version of events, saying that he, Griffith and other influencers, hit up a local club after a charity basketball game in Washington, DC, on May 20, 2023, before later returning to his home.
After arriving at the property, Diggs said he went to his bedroom, while his assistant asked Griffith to leave.
In his counterclaim, Griffith denies accusations that he was 'prying around' Diggs's home. He admits that he attended and played in the charity basketball game but insists that he returned to his hotel room that evening rather than visit Diggs's residence.
He says that he did not attend the property until the following day when he checked out of his hotel and was invited to stay over as a guest.
Diggs is in his first season with the Patriots after a one-season stint with the Houston Texans last year.
During the time of the alleged assault, he was in the midst of his four years playing for the Buffalo Bills.
