Meet the Leclercs: Inside Charles and Alexandra Saint Mleuxtheir's glamourous lives in Monaco after their glitzy engagement - starring their dog!

Apologies must go to all admirers - Charles Leclerc is engaged. The lucky lady? Twenty three-year-old model and influencer Alexandra Saint Mleux, smitten by the Monegasque who wooed her by driving fast.

The happy couple shared the news on Instagram on Sunday, captioning an array of romantic photos 'Mr and Mrs Leclerc'. The snaps included their dog Leo - who is fast becoming popular with racing fans in his own right.

'Mr Leclerc', you see, is much more than a Formula One driver and potential world champion in waiting. He is a dog dad. A fashion icon. A heart throb. And a multi, multi, multi millionaire.

So much of a millionaire that he could spare a cool £400,000 for an engagement ring, according to Laura Taylor, a jeweller specialising in engagement rings at Lorel Diamonds.

Leclerc, who is worth an estimated £96.2million, went public with Saint Mleux a little over two years ago when they stepped out together at Wimbledon to confirm their relationship in the only way you would expect two people of that net worth to do so.

Now, with a wedding on the horizon, Charles and Alexandra are ready to start their new lives together as the Leclercs. Not that their current journey together isn't kushty anyway - it would be, with that amount of money at your disposal.

The couple tend to keep their relationship out of the spotlight as much as possible after Charles left two high-profile relationships in the last six years - first with Italian model Giada Gianna and then famous architect Charlotte Sine.

That hasn't stopped them making a plethora of public appearances, though - back in June, they appeared on the red carpet together in New York for the premiere of the F1 movie; two years ago they were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week; and then there's the story of Wimbledon 2023.

The couple live in Monaco, with Charles having been born and raised in the Principality. The happy couple reside in a luxurious apartment with views of the Mediterranean Sea. They haven't shown off too much of their property, but it does include a grand piano.

Charles is also a lover of art - according to his Instagram. 'I have always loved art. And this is a very special piece that has a lot of meaning to me,' he posted this year after being gifted a suitcase by Fred Allard. So that is in his house too.

In 2023, his address was leaked online, leading to fans turning up at his door in the hope of picking up a selfie. In a statement, Charles wrote: 'For the past few months my home address has somehow become public, leading to people gathering beneath my apartment, ringing my bell and asking for pictures and autographs.

'While I'm always happy to be there for you and truly appreciate your support, please respect my privacy and refrain from coming to my house.'

According to the Express, Leclerc also has a £5.8million car collection - naturally. It includes a £685,000 Ferrari GTC4, a Ferrari F8, and two Formula One cars - the first he drove for Alfa Romeo in 2018 and the Ferrari model in which he won his first race back in 2019.

When Charles isn't travelling the world racing fast cars, meanwhile, the couple have been known to jet off to other parts of the world for luxurious holidays.

Charles and Alexandra tend to keep their Instagram profiles - with 21million and 3m followers respectively - typically work-related. It takes some digging to find holiday snaps - but they are there.

Six weeks ago, the couple attended a friend's wedding in Basilica di Santa Croce, Lecce, with Charles donning a black suit with a bow tie, while Alexandra wore a silk pink dress.

There are also photos from Saudi Arabia, and Miami. If Charles has a race, Alexandra is usually there - with the couple's dog by her side too. Leo, a miniature long-haired dachshund, is often seen in the paddock, strutting around without a care in the world.

All it takes is a peak at Alexandra's Instagram to see what Leo is about. Care free, he is pretty much living his best life. 

Alex Albon, one of Leclerc's rivals, has joked that Leo lives a better live than he does during the season. 'That dog's living the lide of luxury,' Albon said in September. 'I wish I was his dog.'

Leclerc said of Leo in an interview with GQ in July: 'He's my best friend. He's the best.

'I bring him to most of the races. Last year, he did get a paddock pass but he doesn't need it anymore. People know him more than me.'

Money, success, travel, and a dog. What more could someone need? Happiness? After popping the question and receiving a positive response, it seems Charles and his wife-to-be is well stocked in that department too.
