Mo Salah has been left out of Liverpool's starting XI for their Champions League clash with Galatasaray in Istanbul.
Salah is in the travelling party but has not been selected by Arne Slot, who has also benched £125m signing Alexander Isak.
It is believed Slot has made the decision because of rotation, and not due to injury.
Salah and Isak have made way for Cody Gakpo and Hugo Ekitike with Slot making four changes to the side that were beaten by Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Jeremie Frimpong starts as a replacement for Conor Bradley, despite the Liverpool boss publicly suggesting the £30m defender was at fault for Palace's late winner at Selhurst Park.
The other alteration sees Curtis Jones come in for Alexis Mac Allister.
