An Indianapolis Colts cheerleader got the surprise of a lifetime during a routine in Sunday's game.

Mika, a fourth-year cheerleader for the Colts, thought Sunday's showdown against the Arizona Cardinals was just another gameday - until her life changed midway through the Week 6 victory.

The Ohio native was proposed to by her longtime boyfriend, Spencer, in an adorable on-field engagement.

Mika was performing with the rest of the Colts' cheer squad near the endzone in the second half when Spencer, wearing a custom Indianapolis jersey bearing the message 'Marry me' on the back, snuck up on her from behind.

Completely unaware of her boyfriend and his impending question, the cheerleader continued to perform the routine, only becoming aware of the surprise when her fellow dancers unexpectedly dropped to the ground.

Mika whipped around in confusion to find Spencer down on one knee behind her. She immediately became overwhelmed with emotion, shedding a few happy tears in shock.
