Veteran punter Brock Miller has provided a sneak peek of a day in the life of an NFL free agent as he steps up his search for a new team.
Miller, who has never appeared in the NFL despite being signed by the Los Angeles Rams, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers in the past, has been holding tryouts with a number of franchises in a bid to land a lucrative contract.
The 34-year-old captured some of his most recent tryouts in a series of vlogs on TikTok, having tried to win over coaches at the 49ers, Las Vegas Raiders and the LA Chargers.
In his most recent vlog, Miller is seen jetting to San Francisco for his session with the Niners, who arranged for him to be transported to their facility via limo.
After arriving at Levi's Stadium, he headed to the guest locker room to get himself suited up, before filling out a 'player workout information' sheet.
'Wish this was a contract smh,' Miller joked in the caption.

The video then shows him 'locking in' while going through the gears with a football in the locker room, before he provides an update after the session.
'Workout complete! Shook some hands - Got some good feedback - Showered up,' he wrote alongside a clip of him packing his bag.
Miller then departs Levi's Stadium and says: 'Back out the door... again - We'll see what happens'.
The former Southern Utah punter was most recently on the Michigan Panthers' books after being signed by the UFL team in 2024.
Since 2017, he has juggled his football assignments with a separate career as a sales representative.
