The Bengals-Steelers game descended into chaos after Pittsburgh star Jalen Ramsey punched a rival player and sparked a mass on-field brawl.
During the fourth quarter of the game, in which the Steelers were leading 20-9, Ramsey was seen clashing Ja'Marr Chase before throwing a punch in his direction.
The incident came shortly after both Ramsey and Chase had just received penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct after clashing during a third-down run.
Evidently, the penalty did little to deter the rivals from clashing as, just moments later, they were at eachothers throats following a punch from the Steelers star.
Bengals wide receiver Chase reacted furiously and swiftly pushed Ramsey back before the rest of the team got involved as tensions boiled over.
The pair were eventually separated, thanks to the help of offensive and defensive players on both teams, before Ramsey was ejected from the game.

Tensions quickly boiled over and players from both teams intervened to diffuse the situation
However, even as he was being escorted off the field, Ramsey continued chirping at his Bengals rivals, particularly wide receiver Chase.
At that point, Ramsey had four tackles in the game and had played the entirety of the game at safety for the Steelers.
Chuck Clark replaced Ramsey shortly after the ejection, with Jabrill Peppers remaining safety on the bench for Pittsburgh.
Thankfully for Pittsburgh, the incident didn't derail their momentum on the night and they managed to hold on and secure a 34-12 victory at the Acrisure Stadium.
The result sees the Bengals fall to 3-7 for the season, while the Steelers move to 6-4.
Pittsburgh will return to action when they take on the Chicago Bears, while Cincinnati will host the in-form Patriots on the same day.
