From Crystal Palace's last-gasp winner against Liverpool to Gabriel Magalhaes' winning header in stoppage time for Arsenal at St James' Park, it was yet another weekend of important late goals in the Premier League.

Thanks to Eddie Nketiah's late strike at Selhurst Park, the Gunners were able to close the gap on Liverpool by two points, while the Eagles themselves are third and remain the only side in the division undefeated.

EXPERT PREDICTIONS

Daily Mail Sport's Craig Hope predicted four correct results

Brentford v Man United – HOME WIN - 1pt

Chelsea vs Brighton – AWAY WIN - 0pts

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool – HOME WIN - 1pt

Leeds vs Bournemouth - DRAW - 1pt

Man City vs Burnley – HOME WIN - 1pt

Tottenham vs Wolves – DRAW - 0pts

Newcastle vs Arsenal - AWAY WIN - 0pts

Sunderland continued their excellent start to the campaign with a win at Ange Postecoglou's Nottingham Forest, firing them to fifth in the league, while even more pressure ramped up on Ruben Amorim after Manchester United's disappointing 3-1 defeat by Brentford.

Elsewhere, Tottenham drew at home to Wolves, Chelsea's poor discipline hurt them again during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Brighton, Bournemouth rescued a late point against Leeds and Manchester City ran riot with a 5-1 victory over Burnley.

Impressively, three Predictor players - FindScarerSailor, MinuteThornAries and LinenTaurusMallet - correctly guessed all seven results this weekend, ahead of the final match of the round between Everton and West Ham on Monday night.

Daily Mail Sport expert Craig Hope was correct in four out of the seven matches on last week's Predictor, prospering from Brentford's win over Man United, Crystal Palace's late victory against Liverpool, Leeds United's draw to Bournemouth and Manchester City's thrashing of Burnley.

As for the overall standings after six gameweeks, LemonElbowSwoop is leading the way with PandaWeederCoat and LiftOvalSage hot on their tail.
