David Luiz scored his first Champions League goal in eight years in Pafos' Champions League clash with Monaco.
The former Chelsea, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain star converted Mislav Orsic's corner with a bullet header to draw the Cypriot side level.
Luiz, 38, also becomes the second-oldest player to score in the competition, behind veteran Portuguese defender Pepe, who achieved the feat at 40 years and 254 days old.
The Brazilian had not found the net in the Champions League since scoring the opener in Chelsea's 3-3 draw with Roma at Stamford Bridge in the group stage in 2017.
Luiz, a Premier League cult hero who won the Champions League with the Blues in 2012, joined Pafos in the summer after leaving Fortaleza.
The defender has made 13 appearances for the club so far this season, including all five of their games in Europe's elite club competition.
David Luiz's bullet header briefly drew Pafos level in their clash with Monaco on Wednesday
Pafos, formed just 11 years ago, have only been beaten once on their Champions League debut - a 5-1 reverse at the hands of German giants Bayern Munich - and earned a shock 1-0 win over Villarreal earlier this month.
They did however fall behind for a second time to Monaco as as ex-Arsenal forward Folarin Balogun put the French side back in front just eight minutes after Luiz's equaliser.
Luiz is best known for two spells at Chelsea and was a key member of the side that won the club's first Champions League 13 years ago, scoring a penalty in the shootout as they beat Bayern Munich inside their own stadium.
He also has a Premier League winners medal from his second stint at Stamford Bridge, as well as winning the Europa League twice and three FA Cups - two with Chelsea and the other with Arsenal.
