Sean McVay won't be included on the Los Angeles Rams' injury report this week, but that doesn't mean the nine-year head coach is at 100 percent.
As he revealed during the team-produced 'Coach McVay Show,' the 39-year-old tore his plantar fascia during Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans.
He didn't explain what happened, specifically, but did appear to tweak something while calling a timeout during the 33-19 victory.
'Foot's good,' McVay said. 'I did tear my plantar fascia, so yeah. Well, that's a good thing, because I guess it allows you to heal a little faster.
'But I was being dramatic, limping around towards the end of the game, but the MRI confirmed I did that. Good news is I'm not playing. I'm just on the sidelines watching, so if I have a little cool limp to add some swag, then you'll know why.'
It's still unknown if McVay will wear a walking boot as the injury heals.

The plantar fascia is the thick tissue covering the sole of the foot.
The Rams (2-0) visit Philadelphia on Sunday to face the defending-Super Bowl champion Eagles in a playoff rematch.
McVay isn't the first coach to sustain an injury on the sideline. Two-time Super Bowl winner Tom Coughlin hurt his leg during a Giants-Jets game in 2011 when Big Blue's D.J. Ware collided with his head coach.
Coughlin sat out a few plays while trainers tended to his leg, but later returned to the sideline as he team pulled out a 29-14 win over their MetLife Stadium co-tenants.
'Never felt better, never better and thank you very much for asking,' Coughlin joked afterwards with reporters.
That win was the first six consecutive victories for the Giants as they secured the team's fourth Super Bowl title that February.
