The New York Yankees have positioned a number of glass panels in front of where Donald Trump will sit during their game against the Detroit Tigers on Thursday night.
Trump will attend the game at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx to mark the anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
But the visit comes just over 24 hours after Charlie Kirk was assassinated while speaking to students at an event at Utah Valley University.
Images released on Thursday afternoon show a row of three glass panels lined up next to each other in the stand.
The Yankees have also warned fans to get to the stadium early because of the extra security protocols being put in place for the president's visit.
