Magic Johnson was back front and center at the World Series on Wednesday night, throwing out the ceremonial first pitch for the Dodgers - a day after he was relegated to the second row in favor of Harry and Meghan.
Fans were left furious 24 hours earlier after TV cameras picked up that the NBA legend, and Dodgers part-owner, was sat in the second row of the VIP area at the side of the field.
In front of them, and given the prime spot for Game 4 of the World Series, was Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, decked out in their Dodgers caps for the game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
'Magic Johnson is royalty,' one fan wrote, querying why the son of King Charles and his wife were granted the best seats in the house for their rare public appearance.
Sanity was restored on Wednesday, though, with Harry and Meghan - presumably - watching on TV, and Johnson given a huge role ahead of Game 5.
The 66-year-old headed out to the mound before the game, given a rousing round of applause by the partisan crowd at Dodger Stadium.

24 hours earlier, Johnson (right) was sat in Row 2 behind Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
'The mound is yours,' he was told, before Mookie Betts took his place as catcher for the pitch.
It was a great pitch for the basketball icon, too, whose throw made it into the glove of Betts, receiving another huge reaction from the fans in the stadium.
Johnson beamed at the cameras after the on-field moment, before taking his place in the stands to watch the vital Game 5, with the series tied at 2-2.
It didn't start well for Magic and his Dodgers, though, with the Blue Jays smashing two first-inning home runs, including a Davis Schneider blast with the first pitch of the game.
After Wednesday's game at Dodger Stadium, the series will head back north of the border to Toronto, with Game 6 on Friday night and a potential Game 7 finale on Saturday.

Johnson looks out at Dodger Stadium from his seat behind Harry and Meghan on Tuesday
This week has seen plenty of celebrities take their seats in the stadium for baseball's Fall Classic, including Brad Pitt, Austin Butler and Sydney Sweeney on Tuesday.
But it was Harry and Meghan who turned the most heads, making a rare public appearance front and center for the big night.
Both wore blue Dodgers caps, and the superstar pair were matching with the rest of their outfits too, pairing white shirts with a blue over-layer.
Their decision to rep LA over Toronto also left some fans perplexed, given both of their connections to Canada.
Markle lived in Toronto while filming the TV show that made her famous - Suits - spending seven years there and regularly talking up her relationship with the city.
'It is like my home,' she told Best Health magazine in 2015. 'At the onset, I didn’t know what to expect, but everyone has been so welcoming.
'The people are so kind, I love the food scene, and I really love exploring little nooks around the city with my two dogs… I love how much green space there is tucked away - you wouldn’t expect that.'
