‘Johannes, who came from Orange in central west New South Wales, was a much-loved member of the Rabbitohs, willing to support his team-mates and the Club on and off the field.'

The rugby league player, who also played water polo and was an aspiring swimmer, had attended the famous St Joseph’s College in Hunters Hill.

Originally from Orange, Logan had captained the school’s senior swimming team and had a promising footy career ahead of him, having also represented New South Wales.
